Dunking Booth with Prizes

DrFran had a request for the dunking booth that I had made. She wanted it to hand out a prize when someone hit the target. After spending some time on it, I was able to set it up to hand someone a random item from inventory once the target was hit. I found a ton of permission issues that were not setup correctly as well.
